1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Robotomail (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Robotomail provides email infrastructure for AI agents, including mailbox provisioning, email sending and receiving, webhook delivery, and related APIs. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by AI agents using your API keys. You must keep your API keys confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to send spam, phishing, malware, or any unsolicited bulk email. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure, or collect user data without proper consent. You must comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other anti-spam regulations.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://robotomail.com/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable data protection regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Tiny Bot Labs Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
7. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any price increases take effect. Free tier accounts are subject to the limits described in section 8.
8. Rate Limits and Quotas
The Service enforces per-mailbox daily send limits and storage quotas. Free tier accounts are limited to 1 mailbox, 50 sends per day, and 1 GB of attachment storage. Exceeding these limits may result in throttled or rejected requests.
9. Data Retention
Email messages processed through the Service are stored in our database and object storage. Messages are purged from the mail server after 7 days of processing. You may delete your account and associated data at any time.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that may harm the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data for up to 30 days following termination.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robotomail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost emails, failed deliveries, or data loss.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
