Yes, on all paid plans. No monthly caps, no overage charges. Per-mailbox daily limits protect your sender reputation and deliverability — not our billing.
What are the daily limits for?
Sending too many emails from one address in a single day hurts deliverability. Daily per-mailbox limits keep your agents in the safe zone. They reset every day at midnight UTC.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades both take effect immediately. Stripe automatically prorates your bill — you get credit for unused time on the old plan.
How does the 3-day free trial work?
Every account starts with a free 3-day trial, no card required. Your agent can send and receive real email right away so you can see it work end to end. When you're ready, add a card on the billing page to unlock your plan's full limits, custom domains, and storage. You're billed today, with a 30-day money-back guarantee if you change your mind.
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
Every paid plan is covered. If you're not happy within 30 days of your first paid charge, request a full refund via the in-app contact support button. We honour all valid and legal requests; the only exception is accounts that have violated the Acceptable Use Policy.
What's a platform email vs custom domain?
Platform email is your address on our shared domain (slug@robotomail.co), included with every plan. Custom domains let your agent send from your own domain (agent@yourdomain.com) with auto-configured DKIM, SPF, and DMARC.
How do monthly inbound limits work?
Each plan has a monthly inbound cap: 2,000 on Developer, 20,000 on Growth, and unlimited on Scale. The cap resets on the 1st of every month UTC. Inbound is counted per account, not per mailbox.
What happens if I exceed my monthly inbound cap?
Nothing breaks. Every inbound message is still received and you still get notified, with sender and subject visible, but the body and attachments are locked until you upgrade or your monthly cap resets. Nothing is lost.
